Khatchatour (Hutch) Mouradian

Khatchatour (Hutch) Mouradian, Registered Architect, began his career as an architect in Moscow after graduating from the Moscow Institute of Architecture (MArchl) in 1989. Shortly after, Hutch began a freelance career in which he worked on a variety of residential and commercial projects as well as entering architectural competitions in several collaborative partnerships.

In 1995, Hutch moved to the United States to attend the Yale University Graduate School of Architecture. Upon graduating in 1997 with a Master of Architecture II degree, Hutch moved to the Bay Area where he is located today practicing as a registered architect helping families rebuild their homes after a fire or disaster.

During his 25 years of professional experience, Hutch has worked on a variety of projects ranging from high-end residencies to commercial buildings and interiors for civic spaces and performing arts facilities. In addition, Hutch offers a variety of fire restoration services that has helped families make the journey of re-building a home after a devastating fire as smooth an efficient as possible.

Hutch uses the following philosophy when it comes to his work:
